Information on online and in-store returns, exchanges and refunds.

💻 Online Returns – How do I start a return? Online

Email sales@cycleking.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

📦 Where do I send my return? Address

You then have a further 14 days to return the item. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

✅ What are the online return conditions? Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unused and in their original packaging
  • Complete with all parts and accessories

We cannot accept returns of:

  • Used items
  • Worn/installed parts
  • Personalised or special-order items (unless faulty)
💷 When will I receive my refund? Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

⚠️ What if my item is faulty or damaged? Faulty

Email us with clear photos/videos and we will resolve this quickly.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

🔄 Can I exchange an online order? Exchange

Yes — return the item as normal and place a new order for the replacement.


In-Store Returns Policy

Return or exchange items at any Cycle King branch, subject to the conditions below.

🏬 Can I return an in-store purchase? In-Store

You can return unused spares and accessories to any Cycle King branch.

Please bring:

  • Unused item in its original condition
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, gift receipt or bank statement)

Bikes: Once ordered, built and collected, bikes can only be exchanged if unused.

🕒 What is the in-store returns timeframe? Timescales
  • Refunds and exchanges available within 14 days of purchase
  • After 14 days, a store credit may be offered at the manager’s discretion
📑 What are the in-store return conditions? Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unused and in original packaging
  • Complete with all parts and accessories

We cannot accept:

  • Used items
  • Worn or installed parts
  • Personalised or special-order items (unless faulty)
💳 How are refunds issued in-store? Refunds
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method
  • Card refunds must be issued to the same card used
  • Finance purchases follow V12 Finance terms
  • Gift voucher purchases are refunded as gift vouchers
🛠️ What happens with faulty or damaged items? Faulty

Please return the item with proof of purchase.
Our team will assess and repair, replace or refund where appropriate.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Yes — we can offer an exchange or gift voucher if the return meets our conditions.
