With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

🛒 1. Online Returns Policy Online Orders

If you’d like to return an item purchased online, the process is quick and simple.

Tell Us First

  • Email sales@cycleking.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Send the Item Back

You then have a further 14 days to return the item to:

Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unused and in original packaging
  • Complete with all parts and accessories

We cannot accept:

  • Used items
  • Worn/installed parts
  • Personalised or special-order items (unless faulty)

Refunds

  • Processed within 5–10 working days of receipt
  • Postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Faulty or Damaged Items

Email us with photos/videos and we’ll resolve the issue quickly.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning an Item to Store

You can return your purchase to any Cycle King branch. Please bring:

  • The item in unused, original condition
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, gift receipt, or bank statement)

Timeframe

  • Refunds available within 14 days of purchase
  • After 14 days, an exchange or store credit may be offered at the manager’s discretion

Return Conditions

Refunds

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method:

Bikes: Once ordered, built and collected, bikes can only be exchanged if unused.

The handlebar mounted thumb throttle can be gradually pressed to increase speed all the way up to 12kph, or to an 8-year-old, “warp speed”! We’ve also upgraded the throttle to a push-start system, meaning the scooter must be travelling at 3kph+ before the throttle activates to avoid it accidentally being pressed.

There’s an easy to read LEDs on the thumb throttle to show battery level, ensuring you’re never left flat, and to stop there is a rear foot brake that simply needs standing on to slow down. Handlebar height can be adjusted quickly and easily to offer the perfect fit for children aged 8 years+, and thanks to its robust build it will carry a maximum load of up to 50kg.
