If you’d like to return an item purchased online, the process is quick and simple.

Tell Us First

  • Email sales@cycleking.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Send the Item Back

You then have a further 14 days to return the item to:

Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unused and in original packaging
  • Complete with all parts and accessories

We cannot accept:

  • Used items
  • Worn/installed parts
  • Personalised or special-order items (unless faulty)

Refunds

  • Processed within 5–10 working days of receipt
  • Postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Faulty or Damaged Items

Email us with photos/videos and we’ll resolve the issue quickly.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt, gift receipt, or bank statement)

  • Refunds available within 14 days of purchase
  • After 14 days, an exchange or store credit may be offered at the manager’s discretion
