Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

🛒 1. Online Returns Policy Online Orders

If you’d like to return an item purchased online, the process is quick and simple.

Tell Us First

  • Email sales@cycleking.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Send the Item Back

You then have a further 14 days to return the item to:

Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unused and in original packaging
  • Complete with all parts and accessories

  • Personalised or special-order items (unless faulty)

Refunds

  • Processed within 5–10 working days of receipt
  • Postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Faulty or Damaged Items

Email us with photos/videos and we’ll resolve the issue quickly.

Returning an Item to Store

You can return your purchase to any Cycle King branch. Please bring:

  • The item in unused, original condition
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, gift receipt, or bank statement)

Timeframe

  • Refunds available within 14 days of purchase
  • After 14 days, an exchange or store credit may be offered at the manager’s discretion

Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unused and in original packaging
  • Complete with all parts and accessories

We cannot accept:

  • Used items
  • Worn/installed parts

Refunds

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method:

  • Card refunds must go back to the same card used

The lightweight aluminium frame offers a balanced, responsive ride, while the Zoom suspension fork with lockout helps smooth out rough terrain and potholes. Lock the fork out on smoother ground to improve pedalling efficiency.

A reliable Shimano 21-speed drivetrain provides plenty of range for climbing, cruising, and trail riding. The EZ Fire Plus shifters combine simple gear changes with brake control, making this bike easy and intuitive to ride.
