Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

🛒 1. Online Returns Policy Online Orders

If you’d like to return an item purchased online, the process is quick and simple.

Tell Us First

  • Email sales@cycleking.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Send the Item Back

You then have a further 14 days to return the item to:

Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unused and in original packaging
  • Complete with all parts and accessories

We cannot accept:

  • Used items
  • Worn/installed parts
  • Personalised or special-order items (unless faulty)

Refunds

  • Processed within 5–10 working days of receipt
  • Postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Faulty or Damaged Items

Email us with photos/videos and we’ll resolve the issue quickly.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning an Item to Store

You can return your purchase to any Cycle King branch. Please bring:

  • The item in unused, original condition
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, gift receipt, or bank statement)

Timeframe

  • Refunds available within 14 days of purchase
  • After 14 days, an exchange or store credit may be offered at the manager’s discretion

Return Conditions

Bikes: Once ordered, built and collected, bikes can only be exchanged if unused.

The TranzX +RADdropper post is easy to use: simply press the handlebar-mounted switch (not included) and sit on the saddle to drop it down to whatever height you want. You don’t have to stop riding to make adjustments – saving time and never breaking your feeling of flow. And when it’s time to climb, just stand up and push the switch again to raise the saddle back up.


Adjustable travel:In contrast to regular dropper posts the +RAD uses a unique integrated collar system that enables the rider to adjust the travel of the seatpost whenever, wherever!Thanks to a stepped travel bushing, no tools are needed to change the dropper’s travel. Simply lower the post, remove the mid cap, reset the travel bushing, and reinstall the cap. Each post has a maximum travel adjustment range of -30mm in 5mm increments.
